Whether that's developing a marketing strategy, creating a website or helping your team build confidence, I believe marketing should feel achievable, not overwhelming.
I don't believe in marketing for marketing's sake. I like asking questions, understanding what makes your organisation unique and finding practical solutions that fit your goals, your budget and your team.
My role is to connect the dots, bring clarity and leave you feeling confident about your next steps.

When I'm not working you'll usually find me with my family, tackling another DIY project around the house or wandering around a second-hand shop looking for hidden treasures.
Rach is a people person and thrives on sharing what she's learnt for the benefit of others.
Michelle Crook
Michelle has worked with pretty much every type of organisation you can think of, from childcare to funeral homes, national corporates to start up social enterprises, privately owned to council owned organisations. She served as a Rotarian for over 15 years and has sat on multiple boards, including Creative Bay of Plenty, Papamoa Surf Lifesaving Trust, YSAR, Breast Cancer Support Services Trust, Platform Plus Advisory Board and more.
Michelle is a living example of serve first, profit second.
We've had plenty of fun along the way...
The boss/employee relationship evolved into a longstanding friendship many years ago for Rach and Michelle.
They've done lots of fun and exciting projects since 2007 - Rach supported Michelle with the Colour Dash events, which raised over $125,000 for charities (pic is of us at the Rotorua event), they've both attended and held seminars and workshops together, worked together on many client projects over the years, and enjoyed lots of social occasions including awards dinners, team functions and chewing the fat over all things life and business.
Rach has watched Michelle's kids grow up into adults, now following their dreams, and Michelle loves watching Rach as a mum now raising her own family. When they get to spend time together they can often be found indulging their love of second-hand shops.
